Our stay at this beach condo was nothing short of magical! From the moment we stepped foot into the pristine, beautifully decorated space, we were enchanted by its charm and tranquility. The condo boasts stunning views of the Pacific Ocean that instantly whisked us away into vacation mode.
The layout of the condo is both functional and stylish, with ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The cozy living area provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby beaches and attractions. We especially loved sipping our morning coffee on the balcony while watching all of the surfers surf right in front of our balcony – a breathtaking experience we'll never forget!
The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing outside was pure bliss, and waking up to the gentle ocean breeze was the ultimate luxury. Additionally, the condo is equipped with top-of-the-line modern appliances.
Location wise, this condo is unbeatable! Situated just steps away from the beach, we enjoyed easy access to endless hours of sun, sand, and surf. Additionally, Solana Beach itself is a charming coastal town with plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities to explore. Shops and restaurants are just a block away from the condo.

This rental unit is newly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 updated bathrooms. The decor is light and there are expansive views of the beach and ocean which is accessible by steps (about 120) outside the door.
The heated pool and hot tub are added bonuses. We had a pleasant stay..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Torre View Hideaway. When we next head back to the La Jolla/Del Mar area, this will be the first place we'll look at for another stay. The unit is recently remodeled, bright and airy, and well-stocked. It also has a beautiful ocean view, which many (maybe most) units in Sea Point lack.
This condo project couldn't be better located. Less than 10 minutes walk from Torre Pines Beach Park, and 5 minutes drive to Del Mar to the north and Torre Pines to the south.
Finally, the people at Stubbs Real Estate were friendly, easy to work with, and very responsive (not that we had to contact them much at all).

My boyfriend and I stayed here with some friends for a week, and it was fantastic! Beautiful home, with lots of space for all of us. It’s a great location, with downtown Encinitas or the beach both in easy walking distance. We spent a few nights exploring the cute downtown, and found some really delicious restaurants and adorable little shops. And the rooftop patio was amazing! Great view and an awesome place to hang out after dinner. Definitely a 10/10! We’ll for sure be staying here again next time!

Stunning Ocean View on a Cliff (5/5 stars)
This light and bright three-bedroom townhouse in Leucadia was a delight to stay in. It was sparkling clean, had comfy beds and furniture, and the hosts made sure everything we needed was there for us. There's a sunny and quiet deck to read a book, watch the waves and enjoy the unobstructed 180 degree views of the Pacific. We even caught a pod of dolphins on their way South!
The townhouse sits on a quiet and friendly street and is a short walk to Beacon's Beach and an easy drive to Moonlight Beach, which has all of the beach amenities you could ask for. It is walking distance to many delightful restaurants, breweries and coffee houses, We highly recommend stopping by Pannikins for an excellent cup of coffee and pastry and Le Papagayo's for music, food and cocktails.
This Leucadia home has everything we needed and more to enjoy a great stay in San Diego. Above all, we appreciated how clean and well appointed ths place was and definitely will stay here again.

My stay here was nothing less than perfect! I was in town for a week for business and stayed here. This place had a great mix of location, amenities, and areas to take in the natural beauty of Solana Beach. I travel a lot for work and this home was so comfortable I didn’t even think I was away. I love the design and feel of this condo - had everything I could need or want. I would get up in the morning and go for a walk around the quiet neighborhood. After my walk I would stop in at Achilles Coffee. The people there were very nice and made great coffee. If you want something to eat the breakfast sandwiches as well, are on point. I must admit I stopped in more than once. This place is truly a Seaside Oasis for work or vacation. Highly recommended!

This is a great unit with lots of room. We have been coming to Solano Beach for almost 20 years now and switch between SBTC and SUR. Both properties are wonderful. However, this may become our go to property. We now have young grandchildren and the location is wonderful. The 3 year old didn't want to leave!

This beach front condo is gorgeous from front to back. Plenty of space to share with our son and his wife while our other son and daughter and grandkids stayed in another unit we also rented from Stubbs. The views are stupendous and the accommodations everything we could want. Didn’t have beach gear with the unit but Stubbs provided with no problem.

What a place to call home while on vacation! This condo was gorgeous, spotless and completely updated. It sure didn’t feel like a rental, it’s that nice. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back. The location is amazing, within walking distance to all the great spots in Solana Beach yet the complex is so quiet and peaceful! It also has multiple pools and is a flight of stairs down to a fantastic stretch of beach. Two mins from the condo and you’re sitting on a bench above the cliffs enjoying incredible sunsets. This condo is a gem I almost don’t want to share!

Wonderful and Relaxing (5/5 stars)
We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Daydreams (145). The layout was perfect for our kids who had their own bedroom. The master bedroom was roomy with a nice porch to sit out in the sun. The real gem of the condo was the large living room/dining room and kitchen. Everything was upgraded and on one level which was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the big screen TV. The beach is literally a 3-minute walk down the steps, and the view from the seats overlooking the ocean was spectacular. Our kids enjoyed the beach as well as the large swimming pool. We will be back to Ocean Daydreams next year to enjoy another great, relaxing experience.

A Comfortable Beach Stay (4/5 stars)
We were happy with our stay in Lazy Days, Sur 6 during the winter of 2021-2022. The unit was not fancy but basic and comfortable. It was well situated for the beach and for local shopping and dining as well as for many San Diego attractions and events. The kitchen especially was very well equipped and included a good variety of cookware and utensils. The Dave Stubbs office staff were very pleasant as well as professional and helpful. They were responsive and committed to making our time here enjoyable.

A Week by the Sea (5/5 stars)
This was a wonderful place to get away from our Minnesnowta home to defrost for a week. Higher than normal temperatures were a welcome surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with appropriate cookware, dishware, accessories and spices etc. The views from the Kitchen, Family Room and eating area are amazing. Enjoying the Ocean view from the balcony proved to be our favorite spot. Only negative was that because we arrived on a Saturday, an empty propane cylinder for the grill could not be replaced till the following Monday due to shortened weekend office hours and available personnel. The grill itself was in disrepair and really should be replaced. I would have rated 5's across board less the grill experience.

Large, bright, comfortable, had what we needed (5/5 stars)
This condo was large, clean, comfortable to be in, and had everything we needed (including boogie boards and beach chairs). The layout is a little strange but it makes sense to have the big living room / kitchen area upstairs as it's bright and sunny and open, whereas the bedrooms get less sun so they're downstairs. The windowless "office" room actually was very handy for work Zoom calls, as it's out of the way and quiet. Only drawback was that the 3rd bed was in the living room, so the person sleeping there had to be the last to go to bed and the first to wake up.

The condo was very spacious and had easy access to the beach and community pool. It was a very quiet community which is great, but maybe not the best place for young kids who don't always use inside voices 🙂 The condo itself was clean and had all kitchen items you needed, except a standard coffee maker. I would have like for the bedrooms to have room darkening curtains and for there to be more beach towels. Also, there is no AC in the unit. You do get a good breeze when windows are open but that isn't helpful when you aren't there or don't want to leave the doors open at night.

We recently spent an entire week at Seascape Sur in Solana Beach and it was wonderful. We loved the location—walking distance to town, restaurants and beach. We spent every sunny day at the beach and it was never too crowded. The condo itself was great, very clean, spacious and had all the amenities we could have needed. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to SD and highly recommend it!

Condo has a great view and a nice patio. It is next to the pool but there are very few people who walk by... we felt it was very private. The condo has a nice kitchen, washer/dryer along with two bathrooms and two double beds in the bedroom. Del Mar Beach Club has a private stairway to the beach which is a plus (expecially with Covid). As always Stubbs staff were friendly, supportive (had a few lightbulbs go out)and very responsive. You can walk to several restaurants, the shopping on Cedros, coffee shops and the CVS is close by as well. Solana Beach is a wonderful place. Stubbs always has quality properties that are clean and comfortable.

There is no better review than simply stating, “when we come back to Solana Beach we will be trying to get into the same exact place.” It was clean, quiet, and the views of the ocean were phenomenal. Each morning my kids got to eat on the balcony and watch the dolphins play in the water. The access to the beach was super easy to get to and in a few minutes we were surfing. The kitchen was fully stocked with great equipment (pots, pans, knives, etc.) so we could cook most of our meals after spending the day on the beach. The property managers were also extremely great to work with.

Being from San Diego and having sold our home in November of 2018. We had set out on a 14 month road trip / book tour.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 8, 10, and 12). It is beautifully decorated and comfortable with efficient use of space. The complex was quiet and nicely maintained. Parking is close to the unit and wasn't a hassle. Pictures and description are accurate. Would definitely stay here again!!! Only downside was no A/C and the stairs to the beach weren't accessible, but we were aware of that before we booked the rental.

The only problem was that our six condos were not all together. Having them in different complexes was difficult because of the different keys. It would have been helpful if the property manager had explained the security system to me when I inquired about reservations, and also that they were in different locations. She said they were within walking distance to each other, which was true, but quite a distance from DMD to SBTC. Having never been there I didn't understand the set up, so it would have been helpful to have been given a more detailed explanation. Other wise we had a great time in spite of being separated. Thanks.

This was a great property and great location. Our Family had a great time in San Diego. We were a short walk away from the beach and the pool. We had a washer and dryer and kitchen to keep our costs down. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the carpet. It was rather dirty, but other than that, a great spot to call home for a week.

Overall positive experience, as usual. This unit has the best location (end unit means extra windows) and the most convenient parking spaces in the complex.
A couple of minor additions would achieve Superior status. The unit could use one more comfortable chair (there is certainly plenty of room)and, especially during race season, expanded cable service would be nice so we could receive TVG-the horse racing channel.
Upgraded appliances were nice and the new cabinets and sliding doors were treat-everything opened easily.
One minor negative re appliances. When we arrived the dishwasher was beeping occasionally. After we played with it for what seemed like an eternity (naturally the only manual apparently missing from the otherwise complete set was the one we needed) it finally stopped making the noise. Not wanting to press our luck, we simply didn't risk using the dishwasher for the week.
We enjoyed our stay-a lot!

I highly recommend this unit. It was it good shape, right on the water (above the bluff) and in a great location. The complex is also very good with two nice tennis courts, two pools and a nice club house with pool tables and ping pong. Our family of four really enjoyed our stay.

With a sister living in Solana Beach we have stayed in many different accommodations over the years. This was by far one of the best ones we have found. The condo has a wonderful view of the ocean and it was a delight to wake up each morning and watch the morning surfers. Also, when the tide permitted we would take long walks along the beach which is easily accessible. The condo was well stocked with supplies. We enjoyed our stay very much.
