Inside the gated community are tennis courts, pool, and spa. Beyond the gates are fabulous restaurants, shopping, and an outstanding farmers market. Ideal for the family on the go, this condo is comfortable and spacious. There's plenty of room to relax after your day exploring Southern California. Step out on the balcony to revel in the fresh ocean air. Fully equipped kitchen for family meals. Washer/dryer in unit for your convenience. Just steps from the main pool and spa, and just a short distance to the beach access stairs where you can enjoy the Pacific Ocean. New windows and slider installed October, 2021.
Complex amenities include 4 pools (2 are oceanfront), 2 spas, 2 tennis courts, oceanfront clubhouse, and private beach access. Close to Del Mar Plaza, Cedros Design Center, Del Mar Race Track, and a short drive to Torrey Pines Golf Course.

In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. This unit is not air conditioned. Fireplace is non-functional.
Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.
NOTE: One of the buildings in this complex is undergoing interior construction. Noise, if any, should be minimal.

Enjoyed our time at DM148. Everything worked as advertised. Love the proximity to heated pool, ocean overlooks and beach. A special place. Kevin, Tyler and Jennifer from Stubbs great job.

You get what you pay for
Management team was efficient and easily reached. The condo itself is in need of some updates. It had the bare minimum’s which is fine but the beds were very hard and the blinds did not work at all in the small bedroom and barely in the master. They need to be replaced if anyone wants any privacy there as the bedrooms are right on the road. The ceiling fan was loose but management service disconnected stand up fans were covered in dust and they replaced with 2 cleaner ones. Pots and pans were scratched. Fireplace listed as not working and it didnt but would have been nice. Says there is a balcony off the master but there isnt. The location is fabulous and this price was much less than others in the area so we were happy with that.

Everything but the beds
Perfect location that felt like you had a private beach! Loved the community lounge/deck to take in sunsets. Only negative is how uncomfortable the beds were. They sorely need new mattresses or at least a mattress topper to save people waking up in pain. We ended up putting down extra blankets/sheets after our first nights sleep to better support us.

Summer Vacation 2008
This was a great property and great location. Our Family had a great time in San Diego. We were a short walk away from the beach and the pool. We had a washer and dryer and kitchen to keep our costs down. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the carpet. It was rather dirty, but other than that, a great spot to call home for a week.

we had a wonderful time. The only complaint was that there was no a.c. We would open the windows to cool off and the security would tell us to close the windows because we were too loud. We have kids and sometimes they can be a tad noisy.

We love the place and look forward to coming back next year. Some comments: the carpet is getting very worn. there was a big stain by the dining room table . The cleaning person came, but the stain is so set in, it wil not come out. There are oth
spots, but doubt if they will come out. Vacume cleaner had been broken and thrown back in the closet. Was replaced. Kitchen was adequate. Heater and sink stopper stopped working. Problem was due to rust and salt air, and was fixed. Kudos to Stubbs for responding to the problems
