This condo is great for families! Enter the main living area with a huge 75" TV and comfortable seating. New couch upgraded in 2021. Head up just a few steps to the dining room and kitchen with full size washer and dryer. The fireplace is non operable! The massive master bedroom includes sitting area, patio, large master bathroom and plenty of closet space. The lower level has two bedrooms, one with two twin beds, the other with two full beds.
This unit is right across from the tennis courts and parking garage and is very close to the pool and spa. The closet is stocked with tennis equipment and beach gear. This desirable community has direct stair access to the wide sandy beaches below the bluffs.
Solana Beach and Tennis Club is one of the larger complexes on the bluffs with beautiful landscaping and water features. It has one swimming pool, two spas, and 4 tennis courts. The clubhouse has a game room including ping pong and billiards as well as racket and ball rentals for the tennis courts. Be sure to bring your own equipment! There is a view area to catch those iconic Southern California sunsets. Stair access to the beach is located just south of the complex. Solana Beach is a cozy seaside town that has great shopping and excellent restaurants and is centrally located for easy access to all San Diego has to offer. We recommend visiting Seaworld, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park and the San Diego Botanic Garden.
*NOTE* As of March, 2024, the unit next door is undergoing a renovation. Some construction noise is possible.
In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. This unit is not air conditioned. Ocean breezes and fans will help keep you cool. This is a multi-level unit with stairs.

Solana beach 12 day stay.
We were very pleased with the location and our experience with Stubbs. We loved the sleepy beach town vibe of Solana beach and how nice everyone was and how convenient our condo was to restaurants, shops, CVS, parks and always access to the Highway. The condo was very dated except the kitchen and bathrooms were nice and had been updated and everything was in good working order. The TVs were easy to use. We appreciated having 2 garage spaces. Tyler let us pick up some beach chairs and umbrellas which we enjoyed and appreciate- the beach is fantastic! The place was very noisy as there was construction going on across the street and the pool was also under maintenance- so we didn’t get much sleep. Tyler addressed the issue but not much could be done. The place could use some new furniture- the dresser drawers were all broken and the pillows were not good at all. We were though overall happy with our stay as we loved Solana beach and the easy accessibility to the beach and town. We would come back to this location again.

Beautiful Spot for a Vacation
There was plenty of room for our family of three to spread out and relax. Having easy access to the beach was a plus. Loved there was so much to do within walking distance.

Great condo!
We had a really nice stay at the condo. The place was clean but did have a lot of ants. They had the ant killer stuff out which did help a little but there was quite a bit. We did also get a letter on the door from the neighbors asking us nicely to close the doors in the house softly because the walls are thin. They did have a lot of beach toys for us to use. Overall we really liked it!

Fun time on the beach
This was a nice rental that was very close to the beach and everything you need. The rental had a lot of space for our family of 6 and was stocked with a lot of the basics in the kitchen. There were also plenty of beach towels to use at the beach. The property managers were responsive when communicating with them.

Nice rental in Solana Beach!
The condo was nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable and the complex has easy access to the beach. The bedroom layout with two rooms with two beds in each was perfect for our trip as we had our college-aged daughter and three of her college friends join us for the weekend.

Perfect Stay for our Family
This was an outstanding experience for us. We sought a location to stay while our house was finishing a remodel, and this worked perfectly. Right next to the beach with wonderful amenities. Super convenient for bringing in groceries and such. Loved our time there. No complaints whatsoever.

Great location
The location of this property is spectacular. You are minutes from the beautiful and quiet beach front. the views from the top of the cliff are beautiful and a great spot to watch the sunset, if you don't fancy the 130 odd stairs.The apartment itself is dated and in need of a DEEP clean and declutter. The couch is extremely uncomfortable and needs replacing. It had plenty of space for our family of four and the beds were comfortable but the bedding and towels need to be replaced. I'm 5'11 and had to use the beach towels as the bathroom ones didn't cover me!! It was like trying to dry yourself with a hand towel!The kitchen is well stocked and you can watch hummingbirds whilst you cook!Stubbs were polite and easy to deal with.If the owners made a few changes they could change this rather old and neglected apartment into something really wonderful. Worth staying here for the location alone!
