Stubbs Real Estate and Vacation Rentals staff

The unit was nice, however we came in and needed to clean up bugs on the floor, near the windows. The furniture was good, however the outdoor patio furniture was not in good shape. There were two high chairs, and no outdoor table. Being ocean front, (although the deck is small) I would suggest new outdoor patio furniture. We arrived and there were very few towels, and no towels in the kitchen. We were able to go over to Stubbs and pick this up.

This little place is exactly what we needed - great access to the beach, a million dollar view, close to our favorite places. A few things needed attention, but were addressed promptly. Overall it was awesome. Fish District takeout on the balcony was the best. Plan to return next year.

The view is beautiful! The condo not that clean. Couch and chair dirty. Electrical needs overhaul. Baseboards rotted and doors and screens too difficult to open ( rust and old) not stocked well with dishes or silverware , only 3 days of trash bags and dishwasher. Your guests should know you can watch them shower while eating breakfast. A little TLC would make this spectacular!!!!!!!

The view and location were great. The rental team at Stubbs was very professional and helpful. The condo needs some renovations. The blinds in the bedroom are broken. The carpet throughout the condo needs to be cleaned. We have rented a number of other condos through Stubbs which were in much better condition than this one.

We vacation in Solana often and make it a point to book with Stubbs. Never disappointed with the properties they offer and this "Shore Thing" provided just what we needed to unwind, relax and enjoy a much needed break. We love the Del Mar Shores Terrace property amd the beach access opens to the most amazing beach. The property is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. We walked to shopping and dinner every day. We will be back again. We love Solana Beach and will continue being repeat customers of Stubbs and all the properties they offer...and this one did not disappoint. You will be mesmerized by the breathtaking views.

We have been coming to Solana for the past three years and have stayed at this condo twice. Although the location is perfect the condo itself needs work. It is dated and the carpets are dirty and worn. The kitchen cooking supplies were minimal or not even supplied at all. We love coming to Solana but would not rent this condo again.

I have used this condo previously and the owner has made some improvements since the last time we rented it. The view is amazing and the condo and the complex are well maintained.

The condo was so filthy that the employee commented on the carpet being so dirty, the walk in tub/shower was dangerous for seniors, had to ask for plates and glasses, only high top chairs, paid for on the beach 2 chairs and no table on the balcony, plumbing problem with plumber and other residents all afternoon

My stay with Stubbs Realty was a fantastic. The staff is polite, courteous and provided great service. The rental was beautiful (couch has been updated), a bright spacious one bedroom. The king size bed was so comfortable. Kitchen equipped with everything one needs. A quiet laid back place to enjoy your stay.

We really like to stay here. The apartment is more cozy than it looks on the pictures. The sofa and the chair is new. Everything was clean and the communication with Stubbs was perfect. The only issue was our neighbour above us. They were running up and down very loud all the time, especially their little girl in the early morning. We like to come back some day...

Overall very good. A few nits that should be corrected: 1. The photographs of the LR furniture are not up to date; the furniture is fine but way different than the pictures. 2. The glassware and dishware were subpar at best. 3. There were no kitchen towels and there were several maintenance issues, which were all taken care of by the property manager.

We have stayed at DMST via Stubbs management on a number of occassions and I would have to say this property was not at all as depicted in photos/description. Appliances were over 20 yrs old and fridge/freezer had issues. All concerns were shared with Stubbs at check-out. If concerns are remedied, I would recommend as the location is ideal.
