Bask in the Breeze

Location and grounds were fantastic. Condo needs some updating. Downstairs curtains were very dirty on the bottom. I would recommend changing the couches and dinning room table chairs. The fabric felt like it absorbed and held onto dirt. I would also invest in some new beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall, we loved the location and would stay in the complex again. Stubbs was so easy to work with and we would absolutely rent directly from you again. Thanks for a great trip!

We had the best time

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Has never been to California and went out there with my mom and friend for training but also a first trip. We had the best time, Stubbs vacation rentals was so easy to work with. We would definitely stay at the Del Mar beach club again!! We had a blast and the place was very clean! :)

Beautiful view

Property has 3 pools, one heated with a hot tub as well. All worked and beautiful view of the ocean.

Great space and walking distance to so much!

Condo was spacious and well kitted out. Beds were very comfortable. Close to beach and restaurants. Would stay again!

Great girls vacation!!

A very convenient beach property

This is second time we stayed at this property. The property itself met our family's needs, the size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, access to the beach, proximity to restaurants. The management company was very professional and easy to transact with. Also, there was roof repairs being done during our stay, the management company proactively reached out and gave us several options if this was not something we did not want to tolerate. In the end it all worked out. Couple of things that were small annoyances, the gate code did not work, so if one of us came back with out the access fob, it was hard to get into the property. The surf boards that were provided did not have leashes, so we had to go rent them.

Great place, perfect location

We had a wonderful time here with our family of six. It was a great home base with wonderful beach access and walking distance to one of our longtime staple restaurants, the Brigantine. It was clean and even had reverse osmosis water filter in the kitchen. Some wear on the property but we would stay again.

Comfy nice place

Nice 3-bed apt. It has everything you need for a family vacation. Very clean and absolutely no smell when we entered the apt on arrival.
Only grievance is the very small tv in the master bed; not quite useful.

A very positive interaction with Stubbs VR; they communicated in time, provided every info I need and ensure that we have everything we need.
