our vacation rental experience was wonderful. The place was very nice and clean, and we were amazed by the gorgeous view. We liked all the amenities. And we felt very safe. to be nitpicky, we would like better organization in the kitchen. There was a lot of items that we didn’t find till later in the week that we could’ve used. Additionally the sheets and bedding could be a little bit more organized, as well as the towels.

Stubbs was lovely to work with and I was provided all the information I needed to prepare and have a wonderful experience. This Bella Vista condo is exceptional! It is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, supplies, beach towels, linens, etc and everything was comfortable and clean. The condo is quite large and the view is unbeatable. The beach access was so convenient and every part of our 10 day stay was fabulous. I can't recommend this place enough. What a great value and experience from start to finish!

Our stay at Bella Vista was wonderful ! Expansive ocean views, comfortable
condo with nice space in living and kitchen, and a kitchen that was well stocked. We have rented with Stubbs for several years and been very pleased with the experience. Will be back !

The property was accurately described: comfortable, spacious, plenty of chairs, and an in unit washer and dryer. We appreciated the clean condition of the unit and the well equipped kitchen. Most of all the ocean views from the balcony were breathtaking.

Property has an awesome ocean front view. The king bed is new and very comfortable. However, the twin beds in the second bedroom are EXTREMELY old and very uncomfortable-they definitely need to be replaced!!

Bella Vista was perfect for our family of four. We loved waking up each morning to see the ocean and then watching the sunset each night on the patio. The unit was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was well fitted out for the nights we stayed in and made dinners.

Property managers made check in super easy and were extremely helpful with accommodating our needs.

Short walk up to Pizza Port and Cedars Street Shopping District but also an easy drive to JoJo's Creamery in Encinitas.

We could not have had a better stay and will definitely come back for any future visits to San Diego.

7 nights was not enough! Bella Vista is a beautifully decorated condo with an incredible view of morning surfers and evening sunsets. It is conveniently located near both the parking garage and stairs (easier going down than up) to the beach below. Both kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Glassware, dinnerware and cutlery are plentiful and in excellent condition. We had one minor issue with the fireplace which was fixed within an hour thanks to the excellent management and maintenance team. Excellent WIFI and TV with both local and cable channels - this was especially important during the World Cup. Overall, very quiet except for upstairs visitors opening and closing sliding doors. We are currently staying in a major hotel chain's vacation rental property which does not begin to compare with Bella Vista. Hope to make this an annual visit.

I almost don’t want to write this because I want to keep this place our secret so we won’t have an issue booking again. This vacation rental is beyond dreamy. The light, the views, the space. We came with our 1 year old and had truly the best time of our lives! It was clean, the appliances worked great and was one of the best stocked rental kitchens we have seen. Working with Stubbs was seamless and helpful. They are such a great company! The beach access was close and the sea breeze was magical. The master mattress could definitely use and upgrade but it didn’t take away from the experience. We loved it here.

Wonderful location on the bluff above the ocean, convenient underground parking, and right near the stairs to the beautiful beach. WiFi was not strong enough for TV streaming was an issue, and should be updated with a booster for a more pleasant experience for all. Furniture and decor is dated, but very clean throughout. Location trumps all, so keep that in mind.

Great getaway, lovely would come back again
TV in family room was not user friendly. Difficult to read operate the remote. WiFi completely shut down for a day. WiFi spotty inconsistent.
Ant infestation in the master bathroom. Dishwasher inconsistent worked then it wouldn’t work.

Living and dining room decorated exquisitely
Suggestions: clean the windows, ant issue in the kitchen and master bathroom rug was infested. Had to wash rug.
Linens and kitchen China well supplied and organized
No frying pan good for eggs. A non stick one would be appreciated.
Happy to extend our visit!

This rental place is clean and neat and offers immaculate views to the Pacific. The balcony is a great place for lunch and dinner. Views from the living room over to the sea are incredible. Bedrooms are quiet and 2 1/2 bathrooms make it very convenient for a larger group, too. Recommend this place wholeheartedly

I highly recommend this unit. It was it good shape, right on the water (above the bluff) and in a great location. The complex is also very good with two nice tennis courts, two pools and a nice club house with pool tables and ping pong. Our family of four really enjoyed our stay.
