Cast-a-Waves - SUR29

It was a nice spacious place, but definitely had it's issues. The washing machine didn't work, it locked our towels in until they could come look at it 36 hours later, and then they were sopping wet and took hours to dry after. But to their credit, they did offer to send us out more replacement towels. The dishwasher door hits the fridge so only opens about 45 degrees. Makes it rather difficult to use the bottom part since it won't pull out at all. Very odd. The dishes seemed quite dirty, and later I figured it was probably because of the dishwasher problems. But overall a very quiet place, quite conveniently located by the beach with a very beautiful lookout.

We really enjoyed our stay! Had plenty of room for the four of us and the location couldn't be any better. So close to everything! Condo was extremely clean and well kept. Super comfy beds and upstairs couch. Loved all the space in the bathrooms and enjoyed having separate tvs. The only things that could be improved were the shower heads (not much pressure and the water never got really hot) and a keyless entry. Having a key made it difficult with four guests, but we made it work! We loved our stay and thank you for having us!

We traveled to San Diego for our grandkids graduations. We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo. Only one recommendation is that it could use a few more pots and pans in the kitchen. We would absolutely rent again.

We had a great week's vacation in this Solana Beach rental. Loved the location! The unit was like new, recently renovated with everything clean, well maintained and well stocked.

There isn't a view of the ocean from the unit, as it isn't on the beach side of the complex, but a very short walk to the beach. A few evenings we watched a beautiful sunset from beach side of complex, without walking down the steps to beach.

A very pleasant walk into Del Mar where we ate a few times. Another evening we ate in Solana Beach.

A short drive to Torrey Pines State Park.

Already planning on staying here again!

We spent 60 days in SUR29. The unit was exactly as described and photos were accurate. The unit was clean, well maintained, and complex was quiet. Wifi was fast and the primary bedroom had plenty of room for a second workspace (we brought our own folding table). Jennifer, Kevin, & Sebi at Stubbs were SUPER responsive and helpful. We had Hello Fresh boxes delivered weekly to their office and many business FED EX packages delivered there too. This is an incredible location: easy beach access, walk to amazing restaurants, coffee shops and cute boutique shops on Cedros.
