The location and nightly views of the Pacific Ocean sun sets were amazing. The fresh sea breeze gently entered the property daily for a refreshing atmosphere. The overall property is very clean and tidy and in a safe environment. Parking was very convient and safe. Beding and towels are all professionally cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances and good quality amenities. The coffee maker did not work which was disappointing. The sliding glass doors should be maintained with WD40 as they were very difficult to open and close. I would highly recommend this property to others especially if you are traveling solo (very safe). The area provides nice eating accommodations and shopping. The Beach entrance is just a short walk away making the daily step requirements easy to achieve. Sitting out on the patio, enjoying the fresh air, sound of ocean waves and reading a good book - it doensn;t get much better.

Fantastic spot! Spacious deck on the top of the bluff. Great views of ocean, birds, surfers. Inside of place us very spacious and comfortable.

This was my favorite place so far, and I've stayed at many other condos from you. Loved the views, of course. But having the parking and stairs so close to the condo was nice benefit. My only issue was that neither gas fireplace would work. I'm sure I carefully followed the instructions. I spoke to someone in maintenance about it but told him it wasn't a big deal, so maybe that's why I didn't get a follow up. All and all I loved my stay and will try to book this location again in the future.

Our visit to "Don't Worry" was great. The unit was clean and the pictures were accurate. The only 2 points I would add are that the outdoor furniture needs to be updated and the area rug in the living room could use cleaning. The unit was well maintained, the location is great and the complex was very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Tyler at Stubbs Real Estate was excellent. Don't Worry Beach Happy SONG 13 lived up to our expectations 100%. Being handicapped and needing easily accessible entries and no steps as I have mobility issues and use a walker, this condo met all my needs. Parking and elevator access to condo made life so easy and added to enjoyment of stay. SONG 13 was furnished and equipped with everything needed to feel like a home, and the views from our lanai were amazing. Surfers in the morning, sailboats and paddle borders in the afternoon and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Very peaceful sitting out on the lanai - private, quiet, and no unwanted noises. Just the sound of the ocean! Enjoyed dining out at Pizza Port, Chart House, and a few other tasty local restaurants. A special thanks to Stubbs rental staff - Kevin, Taylor, and Sebastian. We thank you so much for assisting us with our needs which truly enhanced our stay. You all are so kind and caring, and go the extra mile in giving real customer service and making our stay so great! We will definitely rent from Stubbs again in the future and have recommended you to many of our friends.

A beautiful condo with exceptional views. We were happy to stay in and cook and enjoying the ocean views with our glasses of wine. The condo was well furnished and the kitchen complete with everything one would need. The beach was just a couple blocks walk and complete with park, restrooms and showers. Loved everything about the location and the condo.

I’m writing this review more as a review of Stubbs Vacation Rentals than of the specific condo we rented. We’ve been renting from Stubbs for the past 12 or 13 years. This year’s condo is lovely and the photos are very accurate.
Over the years, we’ve had outstanding service from Stubbs. They have always responded quickly and fully to any issue we’ve had. The staff is so friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. I would highly recommend that you use Stubbs if you’re considering a rental property in this area.

Spacious condo. Elevator appreciated for groceries & unloading. Carts in garage area for unloading too. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful bathtub. Deck off master and living area — wonderful place for morning coffee & lunch. Accommodates 3-4 but dining table very large. A lot of seating in living area. Special nook with incredible views — nice place to read, work or chill. Love it!

We have been renting from Stubbs Vacation Rentals since 2006. This year as with all the previous years has been an outstanding experience.
The caring folks at Stubbs Vacation Rental have been way over the top in doing anything and everything to meet our needs
For example, 2 years ago the unit we rented had a plumbing issue and we had to leave. Tyler and Jennifer found us other accommodations within the complex and moved all of our belongings not once, but twice. I have often commented that if we were renting a VRBO or AirB&B we would have been on our own or headed back to Michigan.
I would not consider any other rental resource in the San Diego area.

This condo was in a great location with wonderful ocean views. We slept to the ocean sounds each night. It isn’t well cared for in that it needs a thorough clean and items replaced. There are very few windows so you rely on the large doors. They are literally falling apart and when we arrived one screen was lying on the ground. The door would not lock. The coffee pot needed replacing and the grill needed gas hookup which wasn’t there. The patio furniture needs replacing. It’s the primary seat while there and needs updating.
Great news is Stubbs came out to fix screen but we couldn’t touch it after, they brought a grill and coffee pot. All great...but all things you’d expect they know if they manage the property.
The webs and dirt were the things we found most frustrating. For a hefty clean fee I expect a clean place. The doors to patio are gross and there was hair in the bathroom. Sheets had holes and our feet turned black when walking in kitchen. Kitchen had ants which happens, but it happens more when there’s food grime and crumbs all over. They did send a crew over and that was nice. They need to evaluate the crew. I was asked to stay she approve their work in order to send for a third time. I declined because it’s my vacation and cleaning the obvious should happen without me.
Again. Location was amazing. Truly. Just wish Stubbs had better knowledge of their property. When you pay what we pay you want the basics done right.
I’d recommend this property but would ask a lot of questions in advance.

Thank you for your review, Risa. This condo just had an ownership change and the new owner made some changes to the property that we were not informed of including the barbecue. This unit is in the process of receiving some upgrades now.

Place is perfect for a family or two couples sharing as it has two bedrooms, and a very large living/dining are with the terrace and outdoor table and grill.
Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need to cook and as a pleasant surprise we also found a very well stocked pantry with oil, salt, sugar etc.
Garage parking was a nice touch even so there appear to be plenty on street parking but still sometimes it was pretty busy.
Beach access is just few minutes’ walk and pool and hot tab in the complex was very conveniently located.
Checking in was easy and Stubbs Real Estate provided all of the needed information about the unit and restaurants, shops and local attractions.

The apartment is in a beautiful condo in a quiet street. The view is superb.
The two bedrooms are big and comfortable and so are the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. The whole of it very clean. The only item I would change is the rugs which although clean give the impression of being dirty and very old. The decorations could also improve and the sofa in the living room could be more comfortable. There is need for a proper mirror in the bedroom and another side lamp.
The activities in Solana are restaurants which we found at least six which were good and writhing walking distance. Del Mar and Cardiff by the sea have also many more. Bicycle riding is an option as there are several rental shops around. Surfing is a must. Walking or running on the beach is fantastic. A perfect spot.

We had a lovely week. Property is large enough for four people to be comfortable. Nicely furnished and very functional. Noise from young kids running and jumping in the unit above us was the only complaint. The units are not very soundproofed. The views and sound of the waves crashing are very soothing.
