One of the VERY best rental properties we have had over the past ~40 years of staying in North County. However, there were a few minor issues that indicate the unit is due for a refreshening/renovation. These included some lights, one toilet and one of the 3 shower heads in the master BR that did not work. BUT...unparalleled view, very comfortable beds, excellent appliances and furnishings. Some mornings the Post Office in the back of the property was a bit noisy...someone should tell them to get carts with rubber wheels. The service and support by rental agents (Stubbs) was magnificent.

Our stay at Song 72 was great. I am handicapped, in a power wheelchair, and this condo allowed me the ease and freedom to move about without any problems. The expansive windows allowed me to see out all around me and the sound of the ocean waves when the slider doors were open were so calming. Condo was very well equipped with plenty of room for our family, never feeling crowded. having an elevator to get down to my car was great. Thank you Kevin and the rest of the Stubbs Vacation Rental staff for recommending this condo, it truly suited my needs. Would highly recommend Stubbs to anyone looking for a vacation rental. They care about their renters and make sure all of their needs are met and ALWAYS make sure they are comfortable and everything is functioning properly. Well,,, the units are incredibly architected and views are great. Kitchen well equipped. However, I think the unit needs to "up its game" a bit. Need real TV. Frustrated that the only TV was internet apps. Regular cable is preferable. But even a subscription on one of the apps for TV would be helpful. Costs about $15 a month. No hot water in main shower in master. Freezer broken. I've had less worn and better sheets at a Holiday Inn. Balconies were dirty with heater rusted and falling apart. Left sink in master does not drain. And this is just wierd to not have mirrors at the master sinks .... oh well.... overall,,, I enjoyed the stay. Thank you
