Unit 149 was grand! Great location, a view of the ocean and the rustling brook flowing beside the unit. Lovely accommodation, well-equipped kitchen, and you always have the awesome Stubbs personnel (Tyler, Kevin and Jen) just across the street for any concerns.

We had a great stay at our unit in Seascape Sur! The unit was ready when we arrived to check-in and was clean and well stocked with necessities. All the rooms had ceiling fans and the remote control shades worked great to help keep the unit cool. We love the complex with the ponds and lush landscaping. We were also very excited to see 2 baby turtles this year! We will definitely book this unit again.

We rented 3 units to accommodate our entire family (our three kids, their spouses, and 6 grand-kids), and enjoyed the vacation of a lifetime. A lot of time at the beach, in the pools, and the many wonderful family outings--the Burch Aquarium, Balboa Park and the zoo, Legoland, etc. Dinners together, each family taking turns: Chicken Shack, Pizza Port, tacos made with delicious meats from the Cardiff Seaside market, grilled to perfection, dogs and burgers another night. Staff at Stubbs was incredibly good--kudos to Tyler, Kevin and Jennifer.

When we rent from Stubbs (which we have done several times), they service and detail to attention is excellent, fives stars plus! Can’t say enough about the staff. Thanks to Keven, Tyler, Jennifer and Gerry for excellent customer service.
The Condo is in an excellent location with just a couple of stairs to get in the unit. Steps away from the garage and the stairs down to the ocean. All new appliances in the kitchen in great working order. Could use containers to store food. Loved the fireplace to warm up the condo in the mornings. Large closets in the bathrooms, which was great to store luggage and clothes. Primary bedroom was great, except the carpet needs replaced and water pressure issues with the bathroom taps. Great shower. Printer provided was great. Patio cushions on the balcony upstairs need to be replaced. Having the third shower and extra bed upstairs, is a great bonus for the family. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

We enjoyed the space. Comfortable furnishings and beds, lots of spread out since for 3 of us., pool close and did use that. Only concern was cushions on white couch were dirty but we covered it with a clean sheet. Otherwise decor and cleanliness great.

We had a lovely time. The location is great. The condo is nicely appointed. I would mention to the owner that they get a professional plumber in to look at the lack of drainage in the two downstairs bathrooms. It is not pleasant to have to shower in flip flops with water around your ankles. I suspect that prior rental guests have clogged the drains with sand and this needs to be remediated. We'd like to stay and Endless Summer again but not until we are assured this issue has been resolved. Thankyou.

We go every year seascape Sur 4 years now the grounds are impeccable! The condo 149 was very nice! A little ocean view was good too.Just some minor details would have made it even better. Needs better pots and pans cooking utensils and the area rug sofa and chairs need replacing and it wouldn’t hurt to replace the carpet downstairs with the wood floors to match the rest of the floors. Stubbs is the best!

It was a lovely place and nicely decorated. My husband and I had a great time and it was convenient for our son , daughter-in-law and granddaughter to visit us during the day from their home in Del Mar. Lots of towels and amenities. Could use a few more good fry pans and the white sofa could be steam cleaned . Otherwise - great!

Endless Summer was a perfect property. Clean, upscale and a great set up for quiet days with family. Clearly among the best condo rentals in Solana and access to pools, beach and tennis were much enjoyed. We endured some record heat during our stay, but the bedrooms remained reasonable at night.

Many positives:
Nicely designed, up-to-date and situated in the heart of the complex where it was quieter (no pool or tennis noise, just a pretty pond/stream which provided water sounds). Kitchen is bright, cheery with good selection of plates, serving dishes, glass/plastic drinkwear. Skylights wonderful. Appliances are newer and work perfectly. Furniture and beds comfortable. Carpet in bedrooms look newer too. Good water pressure in nicely tiled showers. View from unit overlooks path/pond. Multiple window/doors which allowed in breezes to cool the upper level. Felt private - which we like.

A few areas for improvement:
The furniture could use a steam cleaning. I can imagine that it’s difficult to keep light furniture looking good in a rental condo. The ceiling fan is rusty and could use replacement. Other fans were also beat up which you notice when there’s no AC. Make sure to fix the two dead outlets we reported. Replace/toss a few of the fry pans that have not been well cared for.

Newly renovated condo with a private entrance (no need to go down a common area hallway). Condo is 2 levels: entry level has the bedrooms, stairway up to kitchen, dining and living room. No view but quiet (there's a water feature nearby that had a waterfall but we found the sound to be like white noise and pleasant). Easy beach access. Condo has beach towels but no beach items like chairs, umbrellas or toys. Good location in Solana Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. It was clean, modern and beautiful views with the sound of running water from the water feature outside. Kitchen is large with many amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

This condo was large, clean, comfortable to be in, and had everything we needed (including boogie boards and beach chairs). The layout is a little strange but it makes sense to have the big living room / kitchen area upstairs as it's bright and sunny and open, whereas the bedrooms get less sun so they're downstairs. The windowless "office" room actually was very handy for work Zoom calls, as it's out of the way and quiet. Only drawback was that the 3rd bed was in the living room, so the person sleeping there had to be the last to go to bed and the first to wake up.

Everything was great, close to beach, nice jacuzzi and pool and tennis courts.
The internet was very slow or nonexistent many times, which is annoying especially if you don’t have a good cell signal. Also the Xbox didn’t work.
But other then that, the Unit was well equipped and you have everything you need.
