We loved our days at Del Mar Shores 25. The views were amazing being an end unit. Close access to the beach, pool and hot tub. It was so peaceful, and we loved every minute. We didn't want to leave.

This is our fourth week spent in this place. The condo has everything we need to eat, sleep and watch the beach and sea. We spend most of our time walking the is clean and comfportable. The bed is great.

The location could not have been better soaking up the views and ocean breeze and located right next to stair access to the beach. The accommodation is all you need with the extras of a hot tub and pool. Geographically well located for access into downtown or into northern San Diego county. Top it all off with great customer service and you have found an ideal place.

We’ve rented two different properties through Stubbs several times over the last five years, and we’ve only had good experiences. This particular unit has a fantastic location and is as nice as described. Can’t beat the ocean view - I sit out on the balcony at all hours. Stubbs provides a nice set of starter supplies in the kitchen and bathroom, and the unit was clean when we arrived. Del Mar Shores Terrace is next to the stairs to the beach, and this year the city funded a beach expansion project that doubled the width of the beach, so you can walk the beach even at high tide. There are lots of good restaurants at different price points nearby. Our favorites are Pizza Port, Bangkok Bay Thai,, Tony Jacal Mexican, and The Brigantine for drinks and apps. We plan to keep returning in the future.

Everything was great! Communication ahead of time was good with clear instructions to access property. The property was clean and the views were amazing. Parking was easy as well, with great convenient access to the unit. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub access from my unit being so close by - it made for a very relaxing stay having that option in addition to my unit. My only complaint is the food storage options available within the unit itself. With a long term rental + kitchen/grill available, it goes without saying that the renter will likely purchase their own food to make at home. However, there was no tupperware, ziploc storage bags, etc to be able to store any leftover food. For any limited tupperware that was there in the unit, the lids did not match so none of the food storage tupperware options even worked for storing leftovers. My recommendation is to invest in some basic food storage options for future guests. Otherwise, the property had everything else that was needed. It was a great stay overall.

Just returned from 10 days at "Enjoy Some Sea-clusion". The location is great, view is perfect and the underground gated parking was unexpected

The unit is nicely equipped and the pictures are very accurate. The complex is older, however the unit is fairly well updated. Heating system is a bit old but worked well

Will definitely stay at this location again

Nothing better than waking up in the morning and walking into the living area to see the ocean as your front yard! Floor to ceiling windows frame the Pacific Ocean! Enjoy watching surfers and dolphins right in front of you. The corner, one bedroom condo is comfortable and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped. My wife and I rented this unit for the entire month of March 2023 (as well as February 2022) and we’re not disappointed. Two parking spaces provided and you could not ask for more convenient spots very close to the condo entrance. Right next to the pool and hot tub which were frequently utilized.

Only issues experienced were dirty side window which could not be accessed the entire month due to an exterior plumbing project, and the pool access gate leading to the steps going down to the beach was chained for 3 of the 4 weeks (no work was done the entire 3 weeks to fix the gate lock issue).

I was looking for a place on the beach and you couldn’t get any closer.
The only heat appeared to be a small wall heater and it wasn’t sufficient for the cold mornings.
Instructions for operating the cable tv would be helpful.
The location is fantastic. Walking to dog beach was great daily entertainment.

Perfect place for a couple to come and escape for a week. The view was outstanding and we couldn't get enough of it. We enjoyed being able to use the binoculars in the unit to watch the dolphins, birds and passing ships. We even saw the Goodyear blimp! The unit also provided beach items, like chairs and toys and umbrellas. It was a very good experience overall. I would stay again.

We’ve stayed at Del Mar Shores Terrace before, but this was our first time in this unit, and it was the best experience we’ve had. This unit is on the top floor and on a corner, so you don’t have any noise from above and you have more windows and more views of the shoreline. The open floor plan enhances the views, the furniture and decor are stylish, the kitchen is well-stocked, the bathroom has plenty of storage, the bed is comfortable, there’s a washer and dryer in the unit, and the balcony gives the best view of the sunset of any unit we’ve stayed in before. What’s not to love?! The owners have obviously taken great care in making their place attractive and comfortable, and the people at Stubbs are lovely to work with. (The photos online are absolutely accurate.) I hope this unit is available for our annual trips to the area in the future - I’d stay here in a heartbeat!

The place was great and clean. I found the pillows to be really hard. I asked the management company to provide a softer pillow. They said that was the only ones they had and I was welcome to buy my own. That was offensive. The place is expensive and I expected much better service. I went and bought a pillow and alerted the management company of it. I received no response. At a minimum I would appreciate a refund of the cost of the pillow ($22). As a suggestion, and maybe you do this with longer stays, but I would suggest you offer a cleaning service as well.

We stayed a full month of February at this location. Clean, spacious, comfortable and amazing views of the ocean and beach! Parking (2 spaces) is so convenient and accessible. Unit had all the necessary accommodations for our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a plus! Plenty of space for clothes with a large dresser and walk in closet. King size bed was comfortable with additional pillows and blankets available if needed. Did I mention how outstanding the view is?! WiFi in bedroom is weak throughout the month, but ok everywhere else. Access to pool, hot tub and beach was excellent! The 100 steps to the beach provides for a great workout! Stubbs was responsive to a couple of gate entrance access issues. Loved this place and will be returning for a month in 2023! Can’t wait!

It began with Stubbs’ easy helpfulness in accommodating our late arrival. The first morning greeted us with an altogether grand view of the Pacific and several surfers. A terrific view.
The two covered parking stalls are quite close to the condo.
The kitchen was well furnished with dish and cookware. There was also a stash of helpful condiments.
The furniture was fine but not remarkable. Serviceable is a fair description.
We had some trouble figuring out the cable TV set up. Stubbs staff came over and walked us through the idiosyncrasies of the system(the Stubbs office is a couple blocks from the condo).
We were there in chilly December. We were able to stay warm and cozy but we found the heaters to be noisy and off putting.
The bed was very comfortable, the shower, too, as well as the washer/dryer.
All in all, a great vacation condo!

This property is a real find for anyone seeking an oceanfront rental in a quiet condo complex that’s walking distance to Solana Beach and Del Mar.
The unit is located on a bluff overlooking a stunning beach with a panoramic view of the coastline as well as a popular surfing site.

The condo is surprisingly larger inside than the photos make it appear with a spacious master bedroom and a wide open kitchen area. Floor to ceiling windows bring in ample light.
The property was tidy and clean upon our arrival with sanitized sheets on the bed and a large supply of fresh towels at our disposal.
In terms of the amenities, we appreciated the large screen TVs and the new LG appliances (refrigerator and stacked washer/dryer).

The pull out bed in the living room is extremely comfortable (solidly constructed with a firm mattress), while the mattress in the bedroom is softer, which could be problematic for
anyone who needs max support for a good night’s rest.

We were very happy with our rental. These improvements would make the property even nicer: 1) replace shag carpeting in the bedroom with new carpeting; 2) update utensils and dishes in the kitchen; 3) replace the mattress in the bedroom with a new, firmer mattress; 4) install a new shower head with better water pressure; 5) Boost the internet and phone reception for a better connection.

We would definitely rent this condo again with new carpeting in the bedroom to freshen up the room. The existing shag rug is a little dingy.

Could not find a better panoramic ocean view anywhere. There is a nice cross breeze through the unit. It is on the third floor with the exterior stairs to access it. Beach is a surf area and dog friendly. I enjoyed watching both surfers and dogs joyfully romping. We had 2 garage parking spots very close to unit stairs. King size bed was comfortabe, we slept well. Towels are nice. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Suggestions to reach 5 stars: install a grab bar in shower to hold stepping in & out, provide hand soap in kitchen & bathroom, consider new bedroom carpet.

This was an amazing condo. You could sit on the sofa and have a perfect view of the ocean! The balcony was wonderful.

That gorgeous view of the Pacific! The condo was perfectly situated with steps leading down to the beach. The condo was immaculate and adequately supplied with necessities. Great cross breeze with both windows open. The hot tub and pool were great amenities. Easy and close to condo parking. Vacation rental agents were extremely helpful and welcoming. We loved this top floor corner unit with amazing ocean and sunset views.
This was our second time staying in Del Mar Shores and we already booked for next year. It’s a lovely condo community with an ocean view pool/hot tub and beach access direct from the property.
The condo is decorated with a beach theme as pictured. The bedroom furniture is new and the king size bed with down comforter makes for a peaceful nights sleep.
There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and you get a wonderful cross breeze when both sliding doors are open. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is heavenly.

We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the surfers right in front of the property. Solana beach is perfect for long walks especially during low tide. The water is clear and the tide pools are fun to take a dip in.

We highly recommend this unit as well as Stubbs. It’s comforting knowing they are right down the block in case anything is needed. I’d like to mention the exceptional service provided by Tyler. He was a pleasure to deal with.

We were here for work and stayed in Sea-clusion. It was a wonderful stay, the condo was clean and well appointed. There is a sliding window in the Master bedroom to create a cross breeze. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was well equipted, wi-fi and cable worked without problem. Deck is a great place to see the sun set and there is a grill as well. We would recommend this unit to anyone. There are two parking slots that are very close to the unit.

My husband and I spent a week in this lovely condo which has wonderful ocean views and access to the beach. The 120 steps to the beach added to our daily cardio workout. The property is well maintained and the two parking spaces in the garage are very close to the unit so access is easy.
We would stay here again.

Condo was spectacular, view incredible, amenities were plentiful. It was 3 Days in before we figured out the cable wasn’t connected to the WiFi router, so we went the first 3 days old school, and we were never able to figure out how to use the magnificent TV, there were 3 remotes and ZERO clues on how to use any of them. It would have been nice to check the daily weather somewhere, we had no WiFi, the cell service doesn’t work in this location. We were also infested with ants on the 2nd day. Rental office brought us 4 ant traps and that made them manageable, we only had to kill a couple dozen strays that were smart enough to avoid the traps. Those gripes aside it’s was a pretty cool place to stay. If someone were to make up a little picture tutorial on how to work the tv and check the cable connections before check in we would have only ants to complains about.

Overall positive experience, as usual. This unit has the best location (end unit means extra windows) and the most convenient parking spaces in the complex.
A couple of minor additions would achieve Superior status. The unit could use one more comfortable chair (there is certainly plenty of room)and, especially during race season, expanded cable service would be nice so we could receive TVG-the horse racing channel.
Upgraded appliances were nice and the new cabinets and sliding doors were treat-everything opened easily.
One minor negative re appliances. When we arrived the dishwasher was beeping occasionally. After we played with it for what seemed like an eternity (naturally the only manual apparently missing from the otherwise complete set was the one we needed) it finally stopped making the noise. Not wanting to press our luck, we simply didn't risk using the dishwasher for the week.
We enjoyed our stay-a lot!

This was the best condo - quite on the ocean,beautiful,top floor and bright. There were lots of things to do within walking distance or a short drive away. We road bikes and it was a great starting point for rides along the ocean. I plan on staying there again!
