Perfect! First, the place was spotless. And the natural light was amazing. Every amenity you can think of was included. Even a state park pass. It felt like home the minute we walked in. I can’t wait to stay here again!
Oh, and the communication with Stubbs was top notch. Could not have been better

Beautiful condo in Del Mar Sea point complex. The condo was exceptionally clean with great amenities and excellent location. The ocean view off the deck is breath taking and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff from Dave Stubbs were very helpful and a pleasure to work.

This property is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ever need from a vacation condo, and then some. Being a party of 4, we were very happy to find a place with 2.5 bathrooms, so there were no early morning fights to get ready for the day. The view of the ocean is great and we took full advantage of the beach chairs, boogie boards and great beach umbrella etc which were in the garage. The kitchen was fully stocked with top notch crockery and cutlery and every utensil we needed for a wonderful week in San Diego. The one pool was closed the week we were there, but it was just a short walk to the 2nd pool, but who needs a pool when the ocean is just minute drive away? I am just sorry we only had 7 days there.
Just one issue I might mention. The sliding door to the balcony was difficult to open and could probably use replacing.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. I already miss my very long walks on the pristine beaches and watching the beautiful sunsets.

Great vacation at Del Mar condo. Beautiful ocean view and sunsets off the deck. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach or pool. The condo was clean and well stocked with every thing you need for a wonderful vacation!!

This place shines with a great location including a view of the ocean,and it is very well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much, and our dogs loved the very large, completely enclosed and beautifully landscaped dog park that is part of the complex.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! We loved the quiet Del Mar neighborhood across from the beach with plenty of beach gear, beautiful sunset views, heated pools, hot tub and updated unit. It was easy drive to all the San Diego spots.
