The condo was perfect. We felt as if we were living in someones home. Everything we needed or wanted was there for us. It was clean and well maintained. Great views in the perfect area. Walking distance to the shopping area good restaurants. Stubbs did an amazing job helping us with our needs.

Week get away to the beach. Nothing like waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of waves. Beach access on property. Walking distance to many eateries - but with the amazing patio and amenities no need to leave. Very spacious. I will be back!

Loved this unit at Del Mar Shores. The patios of this condo are absolutely the best that I saw in this complex. Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing to enjoy the views. Kevin at Stubbs was very helpful in getting us set up.

Stubbs made the process easy. This unit is actually a 3 bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 twin pull out) 3 bath so that was a nice surprise. There is also covered parking right next to the unit.

We had a meal delivery service deliver 3 meals so we just had to shop for a few items. I suggest checking the pantry before you go to the store since there are some items there. We liked Vohns better than Gelson or Whole Foods. Stubbs supplies you with a roll of toilet paper, travel shampoo/conditioners, small bar soaps for each bath, a paper towel roll, a couple of dishwasher and washing machine pods. You will need to get tissues if you want them. The W/D is in the hall bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils and the view is something. We dolphins 4/7 days. There are a few beach toys for kids and plenty of towels. FYI, High tides is in the morning. Our only qualm was the are only soft pillows and we like ours to be a little firmer.

The until/complex is up on a bluff and it is 7 flights of stairs to the beach. If you have mobility issues and want a beach walkout-keep looking. For me, it was a great way to get in stairs on my beach runs.

There is a desk in the living room which made it nice for my husband to catch up on some work.

There was an issue with the unit above's plumbing and the HOA had a plumber out and made sure the issue didn't effect our unit. Stubbs called to make sure we were aware someone would be out.

Overall we loved the property and would come back again.

Superb space, can't get any closer to Del Mar racetrack, incredible views, 2 bedrooms, 3 baths! A/C which is nice to have as an option, loads of closet space and washer/dryer in unit.

Our stay at this property was outstanding. Far and away the nicest rental we have had. Beautiful interior, great decor, and a cook's kitchen! Views were incredible. Parking was very easy, and Stubbs was helpful checking in.

Although the location and view were amazing, the unit itself was comfortable but needed some updating/refreshing. The management company was challenging to work with: not flexible with when we arrived and went into the unit and sent people to the unit 2 minutes after checkout time. The tv in the bedroom did not work and the tiles on the patio were loose and a trip hazard. The steep slope of the cliff has deteriorated and is being help up with plastic bags and sand bags to prevent further deterioration. The development shut off water for 2 hours without informing anyone which caused us to be late for an appointment. The patio is amazing but the inside of the condo needs a decorators touch and the exterior needs maintenance. We enjoyed our stay, the unit was comfortable but renters need to be aware of the issues encountered.

This home had an amazing view of the ocean! The home was in nice shape and very large for a 2 bedroom. The 2nd bedroom was like a second master. You could walk to almost anything from this location.
The only negatives were that we constantly were fighting an ant battle, there was no shade on the patio(so you couldn't really sit outside if it was hot out) and the owners had a lot of their things in the kitchen so it was hard to find places to put your items.
The management company, Stubbs, was very response to any maintenance requests which was great!

Beautiful ultra modern condo. 2 bedroom three bath home. Sleeper couch cannot be used by an adult so there are 2 beds 1 King and 1 full, sleeps 3 people in beds.

We enjoyed 2.5 weeks in this very comfortable and spacious condo, with the best view and terrace in the whole complex. We awoke to sounds of the surf and then enjoyed coffee and books overlooking the Pacific each day and stars at night. Walks on the beach (tide permitting) and into town for the Farmer's Market were easy, given the centralized location. The master bedroom has a spectacular view of the ocean, and the kitchen is well supplied with all necessities and appliances. Even the TV is equipped with Cable and many movie options, which we appreciated. We would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a serene getaway in a warm climate and will hope to return before long! Thank you!

Sea Forever was the perfect condo for us to spend a week, out of the Scottsdale heat during a pandemic. The owners anticipated our every need with furnishings and amenities. We usually come to San Diego with family, but due to pandemic it did not happen this year. Our first stay in Solena Beach and for the two of us it was great. Lovely beach, even with all the stairs, great location for walking to restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and Stubbs Management made sure we were informed and every one we talked to was helpful and courteous. Loved Cedros Design Dist., and farmers market. All in all a perfect get away. Thank you

We chose this property because my wife and I wanted a private, relaxing week with great views. Our arrival was delayed due to traffic issues and the manager quickly responded with alternative key pick up arrangements. We found the property description accurate and the unit clean and well maintained. It was conveniently located, although we didn’t venture out much due to COVID closures. We would happily recommend this unit and would love to stay here again.
