Overall a great location but just an average unit. The Stubbs Management Company folks were great. Very responsive and helpful. For example when the microwave went out they brought over a counter one within 15 minutes as a replacement. The unit needs some upgrading: the window treatments, dishware, and kitchen supplies in particular.

Stubbs Real Estate and Vacation Rentals staff

Great rental unit for our 8-day vacation to San Diego. Just a short drive away from all attractions, and amenities were exactly what we had hoped for (full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, convenient and safe parking, comfortable furniture, pool/jacuzzi on property, etc). Beachside location provided beautiful views from pool area. Communication from Stubbs was excellent both before and during our stay, and after-hours checkin was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Sea-renity. The place had everything we needed and was in a great spot walking distance to town and just steps from the beach. The pool and hot tub were also a great plus.

We arrived after hours and left before hours. Both times the staff was very accommodating and made it easy for us. Great stay, clean, well-kept, close to the beach and all the amenities we needed. Location was good, with plenty of access to shopping, restaurants, site-seeing.

It was a wonderful location.The beach was very accessible and the rental was beautiful and had everything we needed, The only problem was that we had never heard of a dryer that sucked water from clothes before drying and spent quite a bit of time trying to figure this out until we finally found the instructions. I wold definitely go back.

Our stay here was wonderful. Enough space for 4 of us. Small intimate walkouts for extra space. 120 steps down took us to the beach that was clean and not crowded. Kitchen was functional but could use an upgrade. Needed some minor maintenance which was taken care of promptly.but could use upgrades.

Very comfortable and quiet space for vacation and work. I highly recommend. The second bedroom with desk was perfectly situated for a private work space. The rest of the condo was spacious and comfortable for lounging and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed the time spent here and being so close to the beach. Parking spaces were close by and it was easy ingress and egress to the property. Lastly, the Stubbs staff was very responsive and helpful.

Property was as advertised,with a couple of minor problems. Cable TV did not work in living room, and cable company had make repairs, with a new cable box and lead to TV - this gave us no cable for several days. No other major problems, we like the apartment location, and have stayed in the same unit several times in past years.
