The place was clean and the rental management was great. Always there for us. Location was great. Loved the access to the beach. House was really clean. Beds were great. Rebooked already :)

Place was very nice. It was clean and everything we needed was there. Pool and hot tub were perfect. The condo overlooks the road, but it was quiet. The only negative was the amount of steps and distance to the car made it hard to load and unload if you have a lot of baggage. We were there a month.

Being on the beautiful bluffs in Solana Beach does mean the community has quite a few stairways, and that can make loading and unloading feel like a bit of a trek. This is an exceptional remodeled spacious condo. Everything is updated in the unit. The unit is on the second floor so it gets an excellent cross breeze. It is a one minute walk to the pool, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The surrounding area is full of cafés and restaurants. Solana Beach is quiet and chill; you will really enjoy the area. We highly recommend this unit.

Nicely updated condo with trendy furnishings and a fantastic layout.
The location is just a short walk to Del Mar to the south and a few blocks to the Cedros area and Solana Brach train station. Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.

We had a great experience. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. I would suggest a curtain on the front door so you can’t see into the living room. Our car was stolen from the street out front so that was very unfortunate.

We spent 9 nights at Seascape Sur #5. The apartment was more than we could have expected. In addition to the apartment being immaculate everything looked new and in good condition. There are three televisions, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in closet and bathrooms that appear on par with some of the nicest hotels. Also a free garage spot.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Arrived late on Christmas Eve, and the real estate company was very helpful in accommodating our arrival. Great view of the beach and ocean from the other side of the condo complex. Finally, Solana Beach was the perfect place to stay. It had a nice medium sized town feel, while still being only 15 to 30 minutes from all places of interest in LaJolla and San Diego.

I think this is almost the first time this property has been stayed in / reviewed, so I’ll give some detail. Overall nice place, we paid $275 per night in early Sep so I’d say ok value. Lots of +ves: very well provisioned kitchen, linens, beach going kit, BBQ, modern renovation, I’d consider staying again. BUT, as with most HOA’s lots of rules and regs which can be difficult to abide by with kids (minimal noise at pool - one resident was out twice complaining of noise when kids were having fun, so had to ask them constantly to be quiet) and it looks onto the road (not so nice) and trees (nice but makes it dark in living areas). Stubbs team we’re great-allowed us to borrow step stool and Boogie Boards for our trip... and sorted any minor probs we had. Hope helpful for future renters!

We were quite happy with our stay. We just had one problem- we had to move all of our things to another condo because of a non-functioning refrigerator.
