Just got back from spending a week in this unit with my family. This place is fantastic. You can tell that it has very recently been updated, and the furniture also appears to be brand new. The views of the ocean and racetrack are even better than reflected in the pictures. It is centrally located in the Del Mar/Solana Beach area and just a short walk to the beach, racetrack/fairgrounds, and all the great restaurants. The best part was that this unit has air conditioning in every room and also has cable tv with the sports package and many movie channels. If I had one complaint, it would be that the patio door is difficult to open. Other than that, it was a great unit and we will definitely be back! Tom B.
