This is a very nice unit. It's really nice to be able to see the ocean. The condo is well-maintained and the furnishings are new and high quality. I would definitely stay here again.

This rental was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. There were lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook simple meals. On the negative, the balconies in this complex are falling down, including the one above the patio of this apartment. Furthermore, the whole complex is pretty rough. For example, the lock to get into the parking garage was broken. It took us a long time to find another door (hidden down stairs with no signs) so that we could unload our luggage. Also, the back room in this unit has no exterior windows. It only has windows that go through the master bathroom and bedroom. So, light and noise travel between the bedrooms. Lastly, the unit is right by the only gate to the beach, so it gets pretty noisy starting about 7 am.

Tide and True is a great location on the bottom floor with great ocean view from living area and master bedroom. It is as close as you can get to the stairs to the beach. It has everything you need for a great and comfortable stay. We were even able to stay a couple of extra days. The smaller bedroom doesn’t have any ventilation but there are fans to help with that.

Loved all the little extras like soap, shampoo and enough detergent for the washer and the dishwasher. We sat on the patio every night and played scrabble. The only thing is air conditioning, even a wall one would have made it perfect. We had to sleep with all the doors wide open and the back room was a sauna. Everything else was amazing

Beautifully done remodel . Tasteful furnishing and everything you need for a perfect stay . Lots of extra attention to details including spices in the kitchen and baggies and foil which is always appreciated !
Really convenient to the beach with beach access just steps away !
Awesome place and stay !
