Found the property last minute and it was perfect! Great communication and easy checkin process. Starter kits were a plus. No parking or AC with the unit but were manageable. Lots of on street parking mostly a challenge during load in/out. Cannot beat the view and location. Will be back.

Great, great, great! This condo was very clean, organized, and had everything we needed. My wife and I spent a week here soaking in the relaxing atmosphere, getting great sleep, and eating wonderful fresh seafood. We love Solana! Solana Beach is a magical community. We walk everywhere. The beach is amazing and perfect for the photography lovers! We always book with Stubbs and already have another trip booked in July at another Stubbs managed property.

This property is one of the best hidden gems on the coast! Incredible views, incredible property, great staff, fantastic amenities, walking/biking distance to incredible dining, shopping & entertainment to suit multiple tastes in three fun beach towns (all three walkable/rideable from the property). This was the getaway we needed and the second time we’ve stayed here.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were relocated to this condo since there was work being done in the unit that we had rented. Our place was comfortable, clean, and the location was excellent and walkable to the beach and many nice restaurants. There were a few things that could be improved in the unit: the refrigerator was too cold and had no controls and there was a motion sensor light in a locked closet door in the bedroom that would go off when we would walk by. This condo has no central controls for heat or air but was maintained at a mostly comfortable level for us. There is a nice portable heat/air unit in the bedroom which was helpful for the cold nights.

Unfortunately, they were remodeling in the unit next to us and doing asbestos removal. So, for a few days there was some loud hammering and the entry was partially blocked off.

While the portable heating unit is a helpful feature, we regret the remodeling noise and blocked entry impacted your stay; unfortunately, these were outside our control.
