Dolphin View - SUR43

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this Solana Beach condo and would absolutely come back. The property was exactly as described—great location, thoughtful layout, and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and ready for us when we arrived.

The highlight for us was the deck overlooking the ocean. We found ourselves out there every evening watching the sunset—it never got old. It’s such a special feature and really made the stay feel relaxing and memorable.

We’ve been coming to Solana Beach every winter since 2020, and while this year was just a quick one-week getaway, it reminded us why we love the area so much. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The property manager, Stubbs, was excellent to work with—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. we have rented through them for several years and i would highly recommend them and this property to friends and family.

As for the area, Solana Beach is great, you get that small beach town vibe, with convenience of a big city. great beaches and lots of restaurants. Being from the Midwest, we always make a stop at In-N-Out, but we also love supporting local spots. Some of our favorites included Sushi Station, Cardiff Seaside Market, Pipes Cafe, Las Olas, Trattoria Positano, and Lana.

Wonderful place to stay. Furniture and decor were like what you would want for your own home. The furniture was perfect for the space and the kitchen kitchen very well equipped.Magnificent view of the ocean from the apartment and the sunsets were incredible. Had one problem with the bathroom door and it was fixed within 1 hour Would definitely stay here again.

This unit is amazing. Loved the two story layout. The rooftop deck was incredible to sit back with a drink and just gaze at the view and the best sunsets in the world!! I will be renting this unit again. The Seascape Sur property is very well kept and very safe for the whole family. Stubbs management is awesome. I've been renting vacation properties in Solana from Stubbs for the past 5 years. I will not go anywhere else when I vacation in San Diego. Thank you!!!!

This property was the perfect place to get away from colder weather for an extended stay! The condo was as pictured and gave us plenty of room to make some of our meals, and entertain friends. We even saw dolphins a couple of times during our stay.

This was year 2 for us in SUR43 and all things considered we will be booking year 3 in the near future! We love the area and the ease of getting anything you could possibly need within 10 mins. The unit is well supplied and should have everything you need to feel at home. The grounds as usual are AMAZING! Surf and dolphin watching was perfect! Literally could not be happier with our choice. Stubbs is the best setup for ease of transaction and incredible helpfulness on any questions that may arise! Staff is super courteous and easy to communicate with! Absolutely CANNOT wait to get back to OUR paradise! Many thanks to the staff at Stubbs and to the hosts!

Location cannot be better. Awesome views! Sun all day-- on the patio in the early morning, and then on the deck in the late morning until the spectacular sunsets. Nicely decorated, upgraded condo. Wished we could have stayed longer!

This spot is AMAZING! The grounds are gorgeous and enchanting! Sur43 was great! Awesome kitchen, wonderful bedrooms, but the crown jewel is the roof top deck! We practically lived on it! We saw grey whales one evening and a pod of about 30 dolphins gave us a farewell show the morning of our departure! I could go on for days about this spot! All I can really say is we cannot wait to get back! Many thanks to the hosts and to the Stubbs staff for an amazing experience!

Love the Solana Beach area! Condo was great and in a good location.
The grounds of Seascape Sur are beautiful. It is nice having morning sun on the back deck and sun on the ocean side in the afternoon.Stubbs Rental
responded quickly when needed. We look forward to coming next winter.

This is a beautiful property, with a lovely view of the ocean from the living room and patio. The kitchen is equipped with good quality appliances, dishes and cookware. I would rent again.
