We have stayed in this unit multiple times for a reason. It’s the perfect location the views are unreal. And it’s the perfect set up with kids. The art work is so fun and our style and you can’t beat Stubbs and how attentive their staff is.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, well-equipped condo with ocean view. We came from MN with 3 of our children, ages 17, 13, and 8. We barely left the complex except for some shopping. Everything we wanted was right there: ocean, pool, tennis, lots of peaceful time for reading. My husband and I said we haven't slept so well in years. It was so quiet in the condo and whole complex. Only the beautiful roar of the ocean permeating the air when we were outside. Solana Beach is a beautiful community as are nearby Del Mar and Encinitas for shops, cafes, and restaurants. Nearby Sprouts, Vons, and Gelsons were awesome for all of our groceries which the awesome kitchen and pantry cupboard were able to handle:). We hope to come back here!

I have been renting through Stubbs for several years now and have consistently great customer service from them. They are knowledgeable,
kind, professional, and have strong sense of urgency, I will continue renting from them. This vacation, we stayed at Pacific Perch in the Seascape Sur complex ( have stayed in PP several times before) and find this unit very comfortable, it has spectacular ocean views, easy access to steps down to beach, close to parking garage, and close to pools and hot tubs. .
I would recommend Pavific Perch and also would suggest renting from Stubbswhen coming to this area.

We’ve been coming to Solana Beavh for many years, we love this area, the views are spectacular, there is lots to do, hiking, shopping, beavh walking, and lots,of good restaurants.
We’ve also stayed at Pacific Perch several times and find it quite comfortable. The furniture and beds are very comfortable,, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, serveware, and silverware. This units is also very easy access to parking garage, so very convenient when loading and unloading. Views are outstanding. The only negative is the carpets are very stained and detracts from this nice property.
Stubbs is wonderful to rent from, they are very communicative, knowledgeable, and right there if you need them.
We are already coming back to Solana this winter !

Pacific Perch has spacious rooms and a very good floor plan, that includes spacious open kitchen, dining, and living area. The 2 bedrooms are down a long hall that allows for privacy for both rooms. The views of the Pacifc are excellent ! Location of this condo in the complex is also quite good close to
Parking garage and also close to steps down to the beach. Additionally, it’s in walkable area Ro shops and restaurants in Solana Beach. Only negative is ice maker not working and there is cluster of cables and cords over to one side of living room, with that said we would definitely come back to this condo. Also, Stubbs is very easy and pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Look forward to coming back !

The condo was furnished very comfortably except that the closet in the smaller bedroom was full of stuff being stored on the floor which made hanging clothes difficult until I moved some of the stuff away. The second bedroom is also small, tight around the bed. Lighting from fan could be better brighter. Wifi connection was spotty, mostly in bedrooms and bathrooms. When I called Stubbs about the wifi and a toilet that wasn't working they responded quickly. Both improved for a while but later continued to be problematic. Sliding door screens in two places were stuck. Two outlets didn't work. Kitchen didn't have a peeler or kettle. Electric kettle was provided by Stubbs. I didn't mention the peeler to them or the stuck screen doors. We enjoyed playing games that we found in the pantry. As for the outer property, could use some updating and repair especially in the pool areas. Chairs had missing slats. Security is tight but annoying to have to have a key for everything including the bathroom at the pool. We only got one key for property which isn't enough for four adults. Door knobs to garage and other places are sprayed with smelly lubricant which gets on your hands. Overall, condo was excellent.

We have stayed at Seacrape Sur the last two years and very much enjoy the overal property, particularly the grounds for evening walks. The accomodation this year was overal very nice, with the view being outstanding; we especially enjoyed the outside seating area for reading and watching sun sets
The only disappointment was that considering the cool June weather we should have been informed that the fireplace was not functional.

This us our second year in Solana Beach, and working with Stubbs Vacation. We had a different unit this year and loved it even more. It was perfect for our needs (adult children joining us for 4 days), and a great layout. We will absolutely visit again next year, and plan to use Stubbs as long as we are coming to Solana Beach. We stayed here while in San Diego for our son’s wedding. The condo was spacious, comfortable, clean and had the most amazing view of the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable! The location is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping and a short car ride to other coastal towns. Would highly recommend this rental! Worth every bit of the money!! And the property is fully gated walking, driving and parking!

We loved staying at this property again this year. The views from the condo will bring smiles for a long time. There is room to spread out and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Solana Beach is the best beach town around with great shops and restaurants, easier to get around while driving and walking and close to the train station if you want to take a train adventure. The stairs down to and up from the beach area will keep you in shape and are close to the property. Stubbs Realty management has been great to work with, good communication, responsive, clear check in and check out instructions.

Stubbs Realty was one of our best experiences in renting a vacation condo. They are easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was beautiful, the view was magnificent and I would certainly rent again with Stubbs. The only negative was that the couch was stained and ripped. Feathers were coming out of the pillows. Couch and rugs in living room and dining room need to be replaced. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This rental was perfect for our family. My 83-year-old father-in-law could enjoy the view of the ocean from the balcony while we went down for a walk on the beach. Stubbs was very helpful in sending over a hand man to fix the tub when it didn't drain. We had a great time in this rental!

The rental was as described and It fit our needs well 4 adults and 2 young kids. The unit could use some updated living room furniture. The unit was clean and grounds were clean. The views and sunsets were amazing

LOCATION:
There are some shopping\food places within a few blocks walk, but it takes a short drive to reach a larger assortment of choices. There are LOTS of good places to eat within a 15-minute drive.
COMPLEX:
The complex is very quiet and non-smoking (but there was that one guy...)
The pools were still mostly restricted due to Covid, so the lounge chairs were lacking. The pool\spa were clean and well heated.
The parking spaces were pretty close to the unit (which isn’t the case with all units), but it is still a little distance to hump all your stuff (with some stairs)
UNIT:
The unit is well loved (read: some minor holes in the couch, stains on the carpet, etc), but everything was very comfortable.
The sound of the ocean drowns out most of the little noise within the unit, but if the people above, below or next door to you open closets, slam doors, walk in heels, etc., you will hear it.
There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed (slow tub drain, broken ice maker, outlets not working). Also, they need to clean the glass on the balcony railing, what is the point of having that great view if you have to look through dirty glass!!
Nitpicky stuff: There should be another nightstand in the front bedroom, needs a light in the living room, an electronic lock on the front door would be convenient (and more secure).
The unit was WELL stocked. There was all kinds of stuff in the place (kitchen accys, games, towels, tools, cleaning supplies, pillows, blankets, books, beach chairs & umbrella, etc). Nothing was lacking.
The little patio off the master bedroom was useless since it didn’t have any furniture.
BEACH ACCESS:
While you have a GREAT view of the ocean from the unit, getting to the beach takes a seven-flight stair climb (and not those little 5-10 step flights). If you are loading up with kids, coolers, chairs, etc, its gonna be a long hike. If long stair climbs are not your thin
