Paradise Awaits - SUR182

This was our second stay at Seascape Sur and we had a lovely 9-night stay at Paradise Awaits! The condo was clean, roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking family meals and we appreciated the spacious dining room table. The washer and dryer came in handy.

The floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors on three sides of the upper level offered beautiful views...sunrises and oceanview sunsets! We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

One thing to note...there are many stairs from the garage to the unit and a flight of stairs inside the unit. We definitely got our “steps” in!

Stubbs staff were friendly and professional throughout the whole process and it was nice that their office was right across the street from the complex.

This condo was so well-stocked for a week stay or longer. Everyday we watched the sunset from the deck, cooked meals, walked to nearby retail and restaurants and enjoyed peace and quiet. Stubbs Management was so responsive to whatever we needed. There's due to be construction in the next year, so ask to make sure.

We had a very enjoyable stay at SUE 182. The townhome is spacious (actually 3 bedrooms total), is well equipped, and offers beautiful views, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Communication with Stubbs was easy and responsive, and any minor issues were addressed promptly.
As others have mentioned, it can be noisy at times—particularly during trash pick-up days and when the HOA begins maintenance during designated quiet hours. That said, the location within the community is extremely convenient. We loved having easy access to the tennis courts and pool, and the grounds are beautifully maintained and a pleasure to walk through.

The home is also ideally located for exploring the area. You have easy access to the surrounding beach towns with wonderful eateries if you do not feel like cooking, as well as nearby grocery stores. The trails of Torrey Pines State Park and the mountains of San Diego County are close by, and downtown San Diego is just a 10–15 minute drive away. Overall, despite the occasional noise, we would definitely consider returning and staying here again.

Stubbs Real Estate made this a super fantastic vacation. Check in and out were easy, lots of info given up front so we knew what to expect. The location was perfect- less than a mile walk to great restaurants, the train station, and beautiful ocean views. Would stay here again.

Amazing location on top of the bluffs to access the beach and close enjoy the city as well. The space was excellent with 3 rooms with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We have returned many times to this location and Stubbs always takes care of anything that comes up. There are quite a few steps for this condo but we really enjoyed the views it gives.

We have been coming to Solana Beach many times but this is the first time we have used Stubbs. Stubbs have been around for a very long time and the reason they have been is their customer service.
We had some issues with our rental and Stubbs did the best they could to resolved them. The owner of the unit was very hard to get work done which some of the work should have been done before we arrived. We were staying for two months. These rentals should be reviewed and resolved been the clients arrive. Overall Stubbs were excellent and their staff Tyler & Kevin and their handyman were excellent!

What a great experience. The place has everything you could possibly need while away from home. The ocean is a 5 minute walk as long as you can handle the stairs. Although the beach is not private, it feels that way. The place is nearly deserted compared to the other public beaches.

Upon arrival we asked if we could get another fan and within the hour Stubbs delivered one for us to borrow for the week. They were available at any time of the day if anything was needed. All the neighbors were very quiet and polite. Despite having windows open at night we heard nothing except a few birds. There was the occasional delivery, maintenance or garbage truck during the day, however still minimal disturbance despite being located by the entrance drive.

My husband and I found the unit at Seascape Sur to be spacious, bright, clean and well supplied for daily living. The large windows/patio doors that were on 3 sides of the upper floor provided us with great ocean views. The Del Mar Beach was within walking distance which we enjoyed daily. Potential renters with mobility issues should note that there are many stairs to access the unit as well as a flight of stairs inside the unit.

Solana Beach is a perfect place to stay while in the San Diego area. You are only 20 minutes away from downtown and most attractions, while still staying in a quiet location right on the beach. Seascape Sur is a wonderful ocean front condo complex with two pools and tennis courts. The condos are spacious for the whole family to spread out and the grounds are also quiet and clean.

Even though this particular condo is not directly beachfront it packs a huge bang for your travel bucks. The views on all sides are awesome...ocean, sunset, landscape plantings bursting with color...and the windows are expansive generating a very open feel. The open concept is perfect for family gatherings and the decor is high end. The bedrooms are well separated from the kitchen/dining/living spaces which enables late nighters to party while early risers slumber. A short walk to the complex large view patio offers a great place to beach/ocean watch. The steps leading to the beach are easily accessible. The condo was clean and well supplied to meet all needs. Just a heads up that there are quite a few steps required to reach the condo so those with mobility issues would be challenged. Highly recommended and we will be returning in the future.

Everything about our experience was great. The condo is very comfortable and well appointed, but the best part is the view of the ocean and the sunsets - they're amazing! The kitchen is great - we cooked big meals for our family every night and always had everything we needed. The location is also terrific - walking distance to shops, etc, and easy access to I-5. The folks at Stubbs were great to deal with - very accommodating, responsive and professional. We had a wonderful two weeks and can't wait to go back!
